Keith Ferris

Keith is a Commercial Broker transacting sales and leasing primarily in healthcare. He worked in the healthcare domain for 22 years in Dallas, Honolulu and Austin. His extensive experience in sales, marketing and franchise training, combined with a specialty focus, bring power to the needs of his clients, whether they are expanding, relocating, or reorganizing. “Smart, hard work only gets you so far. Keith works closely with investors, buyers, and tenants to enhance their portfolio or business, and minimize their exposure to threats. He helps clients understand and adapt to a dynamic landscape of opportunity. His approach to work and life are the same; organized, creative, persistent and making every moment count. 

Keith is a native Texan and served in the US Army supporting combat aviation. As a national franchisee, he built a 15-year business from the ground up. He has been married eighteen years, has two teenage daughters, and two highly energetic “Baustin” Terriers.  He has traveled the world and is passionate for scuba diving, music and island life.
