Jay teamed up with Marketplace Real Estate Group recently after transacting in Commercial and Residential Real Estate through his own brokerage, Armada Real Estate, with a speciality in project marketing and asset life cycle consulting. Jay served as VP of Marketing for a national property management company and headed up marketing operations across six multi-family developments, and directed leasing efforts for 125+ single family investment homes. He has formal training and experience in short sale and forclosures. While his combination of experience and social skills is an asset to the Marketplace Group, he is pushing the bar higher every day through educational opportunities.
Jay has a unique and diverse life background. He gained a tool set with which he is fashioning a life well lived. He is a fan and player of hockey, soccer, golf and more. He loves to travel and enjoys his permanent address in Austin.
