Bill has been with Marketplace Real Estate Group from the beginning, applying experience in marketing and research to transactions with national retail accounts and investors alike. Bill has been on both sides of the table in investor and user transactions, personally and professionally. He comprehends the needs of both parties and is skilled in negotiating concerns of both investors and end users. He has extensive conceptual and technical knowledge regarding industrial, office, retail and land uses as well as investment property positions.
Born and raised along the west coast, Bill spent a few years in Brownwood, Texas, before setting out for a tour with the United States Navy, college, four years with Walt Disney Studios, and a stretch of sixteen years building two companies performing in manufacturing and service sectors. He brought his wife and two children to live in Austin just as the millennium clock struck twelve.
